Young, but not inexperienced, Paul had been his Uncle Tony’s protégé at Tony’s Pizzeria (Kingston, NY) for 7 years. During that time he gained the experience and confidence to run Venezia’s. He combined a strong Italian American family background with an enthusiastic appreciation for good food. With his Italian heritage Paul has always understood that food is far more than just a meal. Above and beyond being a pizzeria, we are actively involved in the community that we serve. From sponsoring softball, baseball, football and hockey teams to providing our pizza and pasta for the annual Clifton Park International Soccer Tournament, Shenendehowa High School events and much more.
